Magnify's GIS mapping software, also known as geographic information system, has the ease you are looking for in a location analysis software.
The core interface for Magnify's mapping capability is Google Maps, making it incredibly easy for you to get up and running in building out study areas and reports in Magnify quickly.
When you create study areas with specific styles, thematics and labels for your data you can output these maps via email to yourself or others, as images for importing to presentations or other documents and in both portrait and landscape formats.
Maps in Magnify are also available for viewing in Magnify in "simple" format (removing some geographic features such as parks and bodies of water), the traditional "map" format and in satellite view. Street View and 45° oblique views are also in Magnfiy enabling a truer view of "curb appeal" of current and potential locations.
Plus and Analyst Editions of Magnify include Advanced Zoom To capabilities to ease in the overall navigation of maps by powering a quick search to a specific geography or saved location.
